Mark Wilkinson introduced the Success Model, presentations from the Operating Board leads, a technology update from Andy Cutler, and guest appearances from Scott Comber and Fritz Lehman. After the formalities, the staff participated in a range of activities, based around the Success Model, culminating in the creation of a giant version of the Success Model diagram on the SAS lawn.
